"Josh is kind, knowledgeable and well organized. He's been very helpful with suggestions and equipment to get me back into training, and has been great at adapting suggested exercises to work around my joint issues. He seems to have a  limitless supply of ideas for other ways to achieve the same goals. His tracking sheets are great, and I really like that he will come to the house to give me advice or review the programme. Josh really cares about what he's doing, and I look forward to continuing my training with him."
